9/30 Waking Up To Your Dreams: A Group Dream Exploration

Throughout human history, dreams have proven to be amazing tools that can be used to enlighten our waking lives. Our dreams, no matter how puzzling or difficult they appear, come to help and heal us.

If we are willing to talk about them, reflect on them, take note of our reactions to them, and become more familiar with their metaphorical language, they give us valuable insights and help us make significant breakthroughs in our lives.

With this proven method of Projective Group Dream Work, participants will become more familiar with the metaphorical language of dreams, the different emotional and spiritual levels with which they communicate and will gain practical strategies for uncovering the deeper meaning of their dreams going forward.

Join us for an exciting and creative evening of group dream exploration. Two people will be able to present dreams they’ve had. The rest of the group will use the simple method of Projective Dream Work to project onto the dream, creating a collective dream that offers something to us all.

Anam Cara is a Celtic phrase that means “soul friend.” It represents the ability each of us has to be an Anam Cara to ourselves and each other. Authentic friendship is based around enjoying each other’s company and it becomes more accessible when we are able to enjoy our own. We will explore how to create both.

This gathering is intended as a space for inner reconciliation. An environment where we can feel safe and connected to allow our true and whole selves to be seen, heard, acknowledged, appreciated, and feel understood.

Through a group conversation that will include an intuitive mix of shadow work, energetic transmissions, channeling, and active compassion, Anam Cara is a portal that meets you where you are and activates the heart’s inherent innocence. Learning to love ourselves in real-time so that we may show up in our reality more open and authentic.

Anam Cara will be a drop-in monthly offering and the invitation is to attend over time to be in community and build self-trust, consistency, accountability, and integration: the cornerstones of a relationship with one’s self. Though the format will remain similar, each gathering will express the varying energy of the participants and the ever-changing truth of the present moment.

Come experience a more open and fulfilling way of relating to yourself, each other, and the transformative power of unity consciousness.
